My name is Robin Akers. I am a Sports Scientist and British Cycling coach based in Oxfordshire.

This site provides details of the range of fitness, coaching & personal training services I can provide.

Although specifically aimed at cyclists I can also help teams informal groups & individuals (whether they are competing or not) to get fitter and to maximise their potential by improving overall fitness and endurance levels as well as providing basic nutritional advice.

Importantly areUfit has established links with other professional sport & fitness consultants such as physiotherapists, sports medicine & sports massage in order to provide a complete training, coaching and fitness service.
