  • Full coaching & training programme featuring a continual weekly assessment & review, supervised Powertap testing, skills development, help in defining race programme, identifying goals and general physiological development.

GROUP COACHING

  • Pre-Session plan agreed with group leader
  • Preparation of equipment & facility for session
  • Health & Safety assessment
  • Conduct coaching session
  • Feedback & reflection on previous session prior to planning next session with group leaders

TOTAL COST PER GROUP £10/hour

(NOTE MAX 12/GROUP)

GUIDING

  • Propose route, agree & reccee prior to ride
  • Supervise ride on the day

TOTAL COST £20/day/rider

GENERAL FITNESS TRAINING

GROUP COACHING - £10/hour

  • Initial physical assessment
  • Preparation of training programme
  • Basic nutritional advise
  • Continual consultation & reassesment regarding performance, goals and progress

INDIVIDUAL FITNESS TRAINING - £7.50/hour

  • Initial consultation including: physical assessment, identification of aims and goals.
  • Preparation of overall training programme.
  • Preparation of monthly meso & weekly training plans
  • Basic nutritional advise
  • Continual consultation & reassesment regarding performance, goals and progress

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COACHING

  • All Individuals will be required to sign an agreement binding the two parties to provide services in return for payment.
  • All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer
  • Payment will be required at the completion of each session or as agreed between areUfit & the individual/group
